Vovó is back to Rio, it was great to have her around, Amélie loved all the games they played together... Including the game she played with Amélie's fingers, the most fun was that each time the game ended with an awesome tickle trick from Vovó:

Vovó and Amélie also enjoyed a ride on the merry go round at the Zoo:
On the active front (pretty normal for our little exhuberant one you might say), Amélie has been amazing doing some new things at the park, such as climbing on the monkey 'tree':
Tia Cris also came to see us for a few weeks, Amélie was so happy to have her Vovó AND her aunt to spoil her this summer. They had a great time playing together too, Tia Cris has a special gift with kids, Amélie was collaborating in less than 24 hours, I am still trying to find where Tia Cris hid her secret supply of cooperation pills...
We took advantage of the great weather on Sunday to have some ice cream:
The best part of the summer so far? Mom and Dad went for a trip to Chicago, all by themselves:

Summer fun, summer fantastic!
Amelie, nos divertimos bastante, nesse mes de julho, não foi? Corremos no parque, andamos no merry-go-round, fomos ao zoo, vimos barbapapa, lemos livrinhos, brincamos no big playground de Campus View com Sofia e Rena, comemos milho e fizemos muitas outras outras coisas boas. Guardo saudades.
